Our Journey & Evolution
Established in 2005, our story is one of a farmer turned businessman. Our founder’s mission was simple: solve the fundamental problems faced by farmers in land preparation, sowing, and harvesting through superior engineering.
Launched the brand Mahalaxmi Implements to provide robust machinery for modern farming needs. We turned to sell the agriculture implements, We bring the product from different states and we sold in Dharwad district.
To address water scarcity, we founded Karibasaveshwar Agri India Pvt Ltd, focusing on high-efficiency sprinkler pipes.
Recognizing financial hurdles, we started the Mahalaxmi Co-operative Society to provide vital credit solutions.
Launched Vinayak Industries to supply high-grade raw materials at affordable rates, protecting farmers from price fluctuations.
Our search for solutions never stops. We believe the farmer is the nation's backbone, and we are dedicated to making that backbone stronger.

Shop Floors: 3 units (20,000 sq.ft) in Hubli with Laser cutting & Bending tech.
Production: 2,500 to 3,000 units annually.
